Good workout and clean and all but i called last week to check the mask policy before i got my membership and they said it was masks required unless actively working out and the website said masks required only when not actively workingout unless otherwise stated but when i got here i was told masks required at all times.

This location will let you not wear a mask as long as you have a doctor's note. Their sign in the front saying Mask are required at all times is a lie. Come in with a doctors, real or fake they don't care, and you'll be able to walk around freely.

I started PT a month ago and it's time to pump up the cardio. I only use this gym for 5am stairmaster sessions, but its perfect for that! Very clean, touchless checkin and lots of space to social distance.

This place doesn’t deserve one star. The staff (especially the manager ( general manager)) judges you and makes fun of you. I thought this place was supposed to be judgement free zone. I also witnessed the guys who work there hid on every girl that works or works out there at planet fitness. Not a gym. JUST A JUDGEMENT ZONE.

This is the best gym I've been to for the following reasons: the price is great $10 a month or $20 for VIP members, VIP offers unlimited tanning, hydromassage bed, massage chair, and Body Enhancement machine, not very crowded like 24hr fitness or LA fitness, members are just average Joe's, no body builders walking through this place with their Creatine, judgement free zone, all the equipment you need (no Olympic weights tho), and lastly the best reason is that it's the cleanest gym I've ever been too! I've never been to a gym where every single person wipes down their equipment with spray and paper towel after they are done using it! If people don't they are shunned. All these reasons makes this the best place I've worked out

Rip off artists! Do not sign up for this gym because they will overcharge and make it difficult to cancel. I tried to cancel during the covid lockdown by following their website instructions: I sent a certified letter to their facility requesting cancellation. They did suspend my auto monthly dues but once they reopened they starting charging me again and especially the annual $40 fee. After repeated requests for reimbursement but at the location and to the area manager, , they have yet to acknowledge my email requests. Not even a simple "no" would be better than being ignored. Greedy and not customer oriented.

Great place to exercise with many options to choose from! Don’t listen to the negative reviews, those people are haters...This place is awesome! Strive for greatness in everything you do and push yourselves to be the best version of YOU that you can be. Don’t be satisfied until you know you’ve given your absolute best effort! Don’t settle, set goals and make it happen! Put in the reps and hold yourself accountable! Be awesome and conquer the day knowing you gave it everything you have.

They were supposed to have cancelled my membership back in February. I just got charged a monthly and annual fee and called as soon as it appeared on my card. And now they refuse to refund. The front desk personnel said she has no power gave me a number. Then called the number and the department said they have to receive the okay from the location FIRST and then will issue the refunds. Then I can back and speak to the same lady again, and she knew the process refused to refund and here we are. Thanks to the owner for allowing this even after the mess up on the gyms part.

Very rude, very unprofessional staff. I have seen and experienced staff intentionally walk directly into the path of guests, physically challenging guests to move out of their way. I have seen and experienced staff intentionally lie to guests and talk about guests in a negative way. The staff seem to enjoy rolling their eyes at guests and act condescendingly towards guests who need to ask questions. There are a few male staff members that always have threatening looks on their face. At this Planet Fitness it is not the guests that judge you, the judgement and uncomfortable atmosphere comes directly from the staff.After 3 months I left and joined another local gym.

Yes, ignore the negative comments here. The staff are perfectly fine and keep the place quite clean. Really like the non-pompous environment, and there is a good variety of equipment. I just wish I would have given them a shot sooner. Had no idea about their theme but just kept driving by since they opened. The theme is perfect for those just wanting to get it done and not worrying much about others there. And the next observation has nothing to do with PF, but it's so funny to see people with their smart phones while working out. Geez, folks, really?
