This gym is great. You’ll get a full body work out while learning the proper techniques and fundamentals for throwing a punch, footwork, defense etc. Snoop is a great trainer.

RCR Boxing is a fantastic gym with a dedicated trainer, Snoop Martin, that elevates all who work with him. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this gym. There is a solid comradery amongst the males and females, young and old; a good community of folks.

My experience with this gym has been outstanding! I have learned a great deal about boxing, and the coaches have been incredibly helpful and supportive. I am in much better shape because of the workouts. This is a great place for the whole family. I highly recommend this gym!

I can’t say enough good things about the people here. My 11 year old son has been coming for just over two months and he doesn’t stop talking about boxing throughout the week. The workout is tough but I’ve seen him grow so much and learn how to push through to complete workouts. The physical aspect of it is great, but as a dad I’m most proud of the changes I’ve already seen in his character and confidence. From the others working out to the coaches, the people here are second to none. I HIGHLY recommend giving it a shot. This is such an awesome place for kids to be learning conditioning and discipline while building character and boosting confidence.Oh yea…it’s FREE for kids, students, military, and first responders!

A great place for anyone. If you just want to get in shape, start your competitive journey, or learn to defend yourself and gain strength and confidence, this is the place. A welcoming, safe environment while still being an old school, tough as nails boxing gym. Once you step inside you'll believe you're in a Rocky movie. Coach Larry, Snoop, Coach Jack and others will be your guide to learning one of the oldest sports in the world. You will get fit, gain strength and agility, make friends and build self respect. It's a fantastic choice.

Great gym and awsome workout! I had zero experience boxing and not much more with any sort of consistent exercise program. Allen Martin is a fantastic trainer and really puts in time and effort to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals.
