I have worked out most of my adult life but have never had the drive or motivation before that I've experienced from training with Allen Martin at Rocket City Rocks Boxing Gym. We are about 2 months into training now and I can honestly say that I feel the best I have felt in a very long time! I am so thankful to Allen for pulling me out of my fitness rut and helping me look forward to my life once again every single morning when I wake up. I love training with Allen. He's awesome and he is very attentive to you whether you are training with him alone or with a partner. He helps to motivate you and always encourages you to give your best and work hard. So far, boxing has been the most efficient workout that I've experienced and I am starting to love it!

This gym is outstanding. The coach trains children for free, that itself speaks volumes about his intend, his kindness and his passion, while supporting our youth. My 13 year old was welcomed by every member, it's a family atmosphere. Kind people and lots of motivation, physical and mental. I am working out with Allen "Snoop" who is a certified trainer at the gym. I wanted to get back in shape and after watching him train a lady, I was so impressed, that I hired him. Best thing I could do! He is very professional, keeps me motivated and is very supportive. This gym will flat out get you in shape. For me, the boxing workout is much more stimulating than a boring treadmill! I train one on one with Allen Martin, and he is fantastic. He is really building my boxing skills, and I started from square one. Allen works with a wide variety of clients young and old.
