Ya know, I guess I'm getting picky... they stress wipe stuff done, wash your hands.... it helps (Ladies room only) if you have sinks that work and you can get HOT water off to wash your hands, happy to say I wasn't there long enough to get to sweaty because I'm not taking a cold shower.....

Impossible to cancel. I called and they said I couldn’t cancel over the phone. They don’t electronically take cancellation forms. They said I had to snail mail to cancel. Months later they never got the cancellation form. You can only cancel at the location where you initially signed up. Finally got to the location in Shawnee and they are under construction so couldn’t cancel. Still can cancel, who knows, Maybee I’ll never be able to.

We have been members for years at this location. We have really enjoyed it. However, with the pandemic they closed, and then opened with reduced hours. We joined a 24 hour gym because we can only work out at odd times, but after they agreed to hold off on charging our account until things returned to normal they have started charging our account again and will not respond to inquiries. We can't even get ahold of anyone to cancel our membership or discuss saving our membership.*update for 2022* After some headaches it was mostly solved. i’d like to see some later hours but the world is deeply broken. i would say they are doing as good as anyone nowadays. i bumped up my original stars to 4 as they are trying.

Man. We moved from Olathe to basehor, thought about canceling our two black card memberships but figured we'd give Shawnee a try for a while. Turns out they like the close 20 to 30 minutes early. Drive 25 minutes for literally a half hour workout, before This location closed. Bummer, closed 20 to 30 minutes early. People in there working out but doors locked. We'll have to go with a local snap fitness. Cool model, Planet Fitness, awful execution.
