Received the wrong product and like other reviews have shared, called, emailed, and sent a message to their Facebook messenger account. No word yet but had no problem taking my money right away. Super disappointed and hoping they do something to make this right.

Ordered from alpha fitness supplements. Got confirmation my order was being processed. I’ve sent reply emails and messaged through fb messenger and I’ve also called the telephone number all with no response. Now when I go to website there is an error message that says critical error had occurred. I don’t understand why no one has contacted me. Poor customer service In my opinion. My bank account has already been drafted. I would really just like my product but if that’s not possible, I would like a refund.
