I thought Commonsense was a good place to sign my mother up, however when it comes to questions about your account. They don’t make it a priority. It’s been three weeks. I have called, texted, and email and nobody will get in contact with me. Very unprofessional.

Josh & Steph are totally awesome and genuinely care for their clients. They are extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise, etc. I am truly grateful and thankful to work with them.

So many great things about this family-owned business! Josh, Steph and every trainer at Commonsense is invested in their members. I love the small, approachable class size where I can get regular one-on-one modifications or exercise form help. I always walk away from each class feeling energized and a little better than before.

Common sense fitness is a fun place to begin you healthy well-being. The 30 min HIIT exercise sessions are much better way of burning calories compared to traditional boring workouts you would do alone in gyms. Stephanie, Josh, Justin, and other instructors are very dedicated and help customize your goals and fitness plans. Regular group and individual challenges keeps it fun and interesting.

I have been a member of Common Sense Fitness for 4 yrs. The program works. They provide meal planning and the training classes are fun, not too long, and will generally fit into anyone's schedule. The Commons will meet where you are and still challenge your level at the highest that suits you. Besides my own personal fitness success under their guidance, I have watched so many others pass goals that they did not think were possible. I am stronger than I have ever been.

Fantastic team of coaches and members! The coaches give great feedback on form without being abrasive. I love how supportive everyone is when I'm having an off day, or when I achieve a new personal goal. It's like family here, but we welcome new family all the time!

I've been with Common Sense Fitness since October. I've lost over 20lbs so far. This is the best I've done on a weight loss journey since ever. Stephanie and Josh are knowledgeable, fun, encouraging and patient. I go to 6am classes and I enjoy seeing the same people enough to get to know them. I recommend this gym if you are looking for a friendly, fun place to get back in shape and learn how to feed your body.

I feel like the phrase, "this changed my life" is cliche and overused, but in the most literal sense, joining Fit Body has changed my life. I started in January of 2018 with a six week challenge and lost 25 pounds and 6% body fat. …

I would give 0 stars if I could. It started off great and they were consistent. However after Covid they became less and less consistent. Then I was told the gym is closing but decided to continue with the program. I had to remind them we needed to schedule check ins. I would send information and it would take DAYS to get a response. I decided it was a waste of $50/week. Of course the payment was automatic and I was distracted by a terminally ill family member. I did make multiple requests for them to return the money and they flat out ignored them and said it wasn’t their fault and acted like the 2 minutes to return the 1 payment was the hardest thing to do. Maybe if they had treated clients better and been good business people their business wouldn’t have failed.
