LA Fitness

If you don't need any actual help and just want to go to the gym this is your jam. It's very clean every single time I've been (all hours of the day and night. Pool is renovated and great. Just don't count on getting any actual customer service, membership or even generic question help.

They only have one 20 Ib dumbbell weight in the whole gym.

Came in with a 3 day guest pass. The guest pass was having an error on the website and would not let me select a club. The lady at the desk got her manager. The Hispanic Manger was very short and uncooperative, basically just turned me around even though the issue was on the websites end.My friend had just purchased his membership, they were saying they didn't see him in the system. Made him buy ANOTHER membership. I hear LA fitness is about to be closed as a business anyway. And I see why. If your in the Indianapolis area I recommend Vasa or Lifetime before any of the LA Fitness.

Facility is constantly dirty. The sauna is typically not working. $20 for a guest when half the amenities are out of order. This is by far the worst LA Fitness location I've been to. If it weren't for another location near me I would be canceling my membership.

Tried to use the 3 day guest pass at this location but the club manger, Rae, acted like she never heard of it and was physically denying that they had the 3 day pass. Told use to do a $20 day pass or orientation to just look at the gym but other than that did not let us use the 3 day pass. Found out ultimately we were denied form using the day pass, which has never happened to me before at any other location. Pretty sure she lied to corporate about what abt what happened because they sided with her and said we were lying basically about the whole interaction. Long story short you can’t use the 3 day pass here because she’ll act like she never heard of it and tell you to do a day pass for 20 bucks.

Ethen need Customer Service training!!! Because he did not like my answer he deiced to hang the phone up in my face . Then when I call back he either let the phone ring or he would pick up the phone and hang it right up in my face again . I called from another number he REFUSED to give me corporate number he stated that he does not know it . Please explained to me how YOUR employee doesn't have the number to YOUR corporate office and works for you company . LA FITNESS is a DISGRACE and ETHEN need to be TERMINATED!!!! or need some CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASAP !!!!!!

Standard gym. Nothing special. But what sets this gym below other LA Fitnesses is they block off a huge area for ONLY personal training sessions. So instead sharing space like most LAFs, they decided only 2 people can use an entire section …

UPDATE: My wife moved her schedule around as it was our only option to get in during hours and not be charged another month. Got to the location at 4pm and the operations manager wasn't even there... So still can't cancel the account even …

Great place for a workout. I can usually use the machines when they are not occupied. My favorites are the back extension and the leg curls plus the abdominal crunch. My only gripe is that when people are using the machines I want to use, they aren't using them but instead, talking on their cellphones. I brought this up with management; and they promise to dissuade cellphone use at the facilities except for emergencies.
