Great gym, among the only few that are 24 hours. Lots of good weight equipment and a sauna.

The owner was super rude when confronted about a concerning matter. As a young female, it was very degrading to be spoken to as if my concerns were not valid. The only reason this gets one star is because the management. Perhaps the owner should learn something from his team.

Great gym atmosphere. But the management and billing company are not on the same page and are absolutely terrible. Was told my account would be frozen by the billing company and a month later they want charges and fees. Management had a chance to fix the problem and said they are not gonna do anything about it. Such a shame a great gym is ran with without proper management and customer service. As someone who has ran gyms for over ten years, I know this is a prime example of how you shouldn't treat a customer. If only the great gym atmosphere could bleed over to management and billing.

The gym is fine. The problem is with management. I called in approximately a month after getting my membership letting them know that I had sustained an injury and needed to cancel. I just got a call today informing me that I owe over $100 and that they are going to keep calling me until I pay it. They said you were not allowed to cancel your membership and less you physically show up to the location. They do not care if you are injured or if you are unable to make it to the location. They are strong army me into payments even though I have begged to get out of the relationship. I highly discourage anyone from spending any money with this business.

Great gym, great ownership, CARES about the members. Always listening to the community and upgrading equipment where needed. I recommend this gym to anyone in greater Indianapolis area!

Nice gym and cool equipment advertised on social media, however no day pass?? Just have people sign a liability waiver and collect 20 bucks.

I had my son thrown out in June and told me his last payment would be that month. I canceled my membership due to me moving and ended my membership so my last payment would be July. They have charged my son for July, August, and September and me for August. I have been trying to close my old bank account but since payments are still running it’s cause overage payments and I can’t close it. I’ve called their 800 phone number as well as talked to people at the fishers location and no one will help. I’m told I’ll get call backs and never do. It his is the worst customer service I have ever had. I can’t believe a retired military man would let his company run like this. I am a single full time dad trying to make ends meet and he is over drafting my bank account. Shame on you and your company!!!!

The cancellation process here is laughable. They don't explain anything to you about how it works until you try to cancel. They hide ridiculous terms and conditions in the agreements (have to cancel in person? are you kidding me, if I don't want to continue to pay for a service that I can no longer utilize then I should be able to cancel however I want). How do you find this to be an ethical business practice? For a place that is getting tax exemptions by claiming to follow the book of god you sure do some shady business practices.

Was enjoying my workout, I took off my shirt to pose when the 40 year old washed up worker came up to me very aggressively saying “it’s a public place put your shirt on” extremely rude and unprofessional, I then looked for the rules to see if it was an actual rule, I couldn’t find it so I went up to that worker and asked him if I could see the rule. He then got more aggressive saying, “oh you want to do this right now” all I wanted to do was see the rule in writing and I got my membership canceled, I’m extremely disappointed that something like this could happen. I tried to file a report but I was ignored. Please don’t support this gym, they don’t care about there members
