Mei fitness has been a huge part of my family’s life! With such a welcoming environment, the facility is welcoming to people just starting out and even seasoned workout veterans! Extremely friendly management staff and very hands on owner! Recommend 10 out of 10!!!!!

MEI (Keystone) is an PHENOMENAL GYM! If you wanna break the monotony and delve into the lifestyle of a bodybuilder; this is the gym for you! It’s an escape from the cookie cutter and country club gym scene and gets to the grit of what weight lifting is all about. The atmosphere is an extremely positive and upbeat environment. The owner Mel is dedicated to the following and always receptive to new ideas for his members.

I just joined Mei Fitness Keystone and it was the best fitness-decision I’ve made in a long time! The gym’s atmosphere, assortment of powerlifting/bodybuilding equipment, and 24-7 access will keep me coming back!

Open 24 hours, members have access to all locations, unique variety of equipment with new pieces arriving weekly. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area, you will not be disappointed!

Best gym in town. No matter if you are into bodybuilding, powerlifting, or crossfit, this gym has it all. The owner does not spare any expense, and only buys top of the line equipment.

State of the art gym equipment that is always well maintained in a super clean facility. No need for big over sized corporate gyms with a locally owned gym like this around.
