Decent gym for the price. They are one of the most reasonably priced gyms in my area. This particular location though the front desk staff isn't pleasant at ALL. A couple of the woman will greet you and are nice but the guys that are there early mornings will just stare at you and not speak. Please work on customer service, if it weren't for that I'd give 5 stars.

3 weeks and calf machine is still broke. Leg curl machine was also down for weeks. The members know nothing about gym etiquette. Overwhelming majority camp out on machines play games, watch movies, Facebook on their phones. Not many serious lifters. I'd prefer more lunk Rickys.Update. The calf machine has been down for roughly 5 weeks now

It is the middle of winter. The coat rack has 6 hangers. This forces people to stuff costs on top or on floor .$5 of hangers would go a long wayAlso the rules are not enforced.

PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT Do not go to this Joke of a Planet fitness My car was Stolen out of the Lot the first day i worked out And i have been begging and calling trying to contact a manager but they are refusing to get to me and it seems like they don’t care my car was parked directly in front of one of the cameras and they said without a warrant from a judge they cannot give me footage. so then i said “ Well hey instead of giving me footage why don’t you just look and answer weather my car was stolen or towed” And even with a POLICE OFFICER They refused to get footage of my vehicle and the Joke of a team laughs at the fact my car was stolen and says that “we’ll it’s too bad we can’t do anything to help you switch gyms” This is a Joke of a franchise i will be taking this all the way too corporate.

I don't work out in the winter time because I am asthmatic and I got a month to month membership so I called last month to end my membership and the guy said he would end it and put my money back. on my card not only did he not put my money back on my card they took it off again his month I'm so frustrated I'm done with planet fitness the manager dasiavwas rude and talking over me and told me that without. Doctor statement she wouldn't takrcthus month off either and so I asked for corporate numbetcsge told me she didn't know it and Google it I'm do done with planet fitness
