I actually look forward to going all the time great energy. The staff are so genuine and eager to help u. The set up is great i don’t feel watched. I actually feel ok working at your own pace. Also I was at LA fitness first and because of the price difference I thought LA fitness would be better… I was wrong. Planet fitness looks better, their equipment is better it even feels better, the atmosphere is just better.

My LA Fitness closed so I had to move to the Planet Fitness down the street. Wow....so much better than my old club. PF is clean with well maintained equipment. Should have moved here years ago. It is light on free weights but I can adjust my workouts.

Staff here is wonderful & helped me out w/ my 1st time registering. The 10 dollars a month is great because it allows me the flexibility to cancel whenever I leave this state/city. Very clean & well kept gym as well

It's getting nasty! People not cleaning the machines after they use it. Coughing, walking around without their masks on. You can't get on most of the machines because people just sit there on their phones. Looking for another gym.

I absolutely love that Planet Fitness have Hydromassage chairs and beds. For $20 per month, is relatively affordable for 30 days of body massages. Generally massages are $50+ per hour.

The keystone location is by far my favorite. It is always clean. The late night staff is super friendly. The equipment at this location is way better than at other locations.

Great location big parking lot at least for me as a professional driver, clean and nicely organized inside the gym, many sanitary stations. Definitely coming back when road take me here. 👌 …

Horrible company. Called to cancel their service two years ago and found out tonight we’ve been getting charged all this time. Atrocious. If your “customer” literally never once walks through the door...contact them or cancel their “membership” because you know you’re just ripping folks off.Yes. You do accept cancellations via phone. My husband was told on the phone two days ago that our unused membership was cancelled. Get it straight and stop making excuses for truly horrendous service. You were also asked to call me back two days ago...no response.

Very clean facility, professional and friendly staff. The building could use a couple more of those large ceiling fans. Or turn the air to a different temp. It seems sort of warm and stuffy even before I work out

Wonderful staff! I went in to cancel my membership and they were fast and not complicated. I learned that they have lots of classes and even extended classes where you can work one on one with a trainer. The place was clean, most people wore masks and it felt like a judgement free zone.
