The staff at this location was extremely marvelous!!! The location could benefit from a little bit more attention (cleanliness and upkeep), which I'm used to from my regular location (Greenfield), but the staff's customer service and friendliness deserves 5 stars!

The reason this rating is not a 5 star is because the availability of extra benefits are pretty much non-existent. If you were to get the classic membership you'll have no problems but if you get a blackcard membership you'll have a hard time getting all the extra benefits. Many locations simply do not have them or they are broken with no plans to repair them. If you do join don't get a blackcard.

Planet Fitness is an incredibly good deal. They have the best equipment, friendly staff, free workout classes, and sections specifically for 30 minute workouts and 12 minute abs. This is absolutely the best gym I've been to.

I have been going to gyms for over 25 years and never have I had an experience at this planet fitness off 52nd and keystone avenue in Indianapolis. unprofessional staff, the gym is dirty and asked for paper towels to clean off the equipment. I was told we are out as they walked off. They were concerned that I had a mask on which is understandable during these uncertain times. In an event where you are spreading germs like a gym has wouldn’t you think there should be an ability to clean off the machines after your done? The staff didn’t seemed concerned and in fact took a roll of towels away from the clients and put it behind the desk. As there are around 10-12 stations with towels on it except there were only 3 stations with towels to properly clean off your sweat and germs off the machines. I believe that corporate headquarters need to look into removing this gym from the ability to stay open. It is dirty and I feel unsafe during the covid pandemic. The lack of courtesy and inability to protect their customers is the reason myself and several other members want this location to close. I will be calling and reporting this location to the board of health Monday morning as well as contacting corporate headquarters. It’s a shame that this location is closest to my home as all the other planet fitnesses are capable of keeping their facilities clean and their clients happy. I’m not by any means saying bad things about planet fitness just this location.

This is my favorite planet fitness location. It’s big and always seems to be clean. However, I went in today (Sunday 7/18) and I don’t think there were any employees there. I waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes to ask a question before finally giving up. Overall though, I would recommend this gym!

This location is vastly different than the two I used to frequent on the south side of the city, but I love it! Large, spacious with plenty of cardio machines and weights for everyone.The locker rooms are extremely clean and the staff is beyond friendly. I'm excited to have transferred my home gym to this one on Keystone and get back into the swing of things.

I just started a membership here in May. I went in early one morning after working night shift for a tour and signed up for the new members orientation online while I was there. A very Nice young man (Josh) gave the tour. He was very informative and assisted me with signing up for the orientation, which was the very next day, but when I arrived I was told the trainer had called that morning stating he was in the hospital! They had all my personal information but no one contacted to let me know anything! The young man was very apologetic, so I told him I'd just check back in a few days! I'm a "YOUNG" senior citizen (LOL) and I think it's a great benefit to have new members orientation to assist people with a workout program that fits and thoroughly explain the equipment! The gym itself was nice and clean, even has private massage rooms and equipment as well! I've been pretty busy since then, but I'll definitely be back!

Been a member for years. Cancelled my membership yesterday because they changed their opening hour to 6am. Also, bathrooms were never very clean, showers rarely had soap in the dispensers. Didn't know if I was dirtier before or after taking a shower.I liked the staff.

This use to be my home gym before moving out of state. Favorite Indy Planet Fitness out of all of them! Regular staff that remembers you, making check in and amenities quicker and easier!

Excellent workout environment, staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very attentive as well. Clean environment. Always have paper towels, cleaning spray as well as hand sanitizer stations.
