I did my first class after an eight year break from all fitness classes. Everyone was amazing from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. For the first time in my life I didn’t feel like the biggest person in the room - I …

I'm trying to avoid back surgery and I couldn't ask for a more supportive environment. 4 of the 5 classes I've taken thus far have been guided by Laurie and she is wonderful. She is so understanding, encouraging and compassionate. I also …

My mom talked me into buying an intro month to the hot room 1 week ago. I’ve been to five classes since and signed up for next month already. I was worried about the heat, but turns out it’s not like you think! Sure, you sweat like crazy, but the instructors are amazing and you concentrate so much so on what they’re saying that before long the class is done! I feel great when I leave and I feel like I’ve been missing out! I’ll be doing this for a long time to come.

I am a new student at The Hot Room and I am thrilled to leave some feedback for potential future students. Hye Jin and the entire team are extremely welcoming, especially for beginners. This is not the type of Yoga Studio where you are expected to be a pro or have the perfect pose. They care about breathing, being in the moment, and doing the best that you can. Where else in the world are we expected to focus on those 3 things? I HIGHLY recommend giving the Hot Room a serious try (3-5 sessions) and truly experiencing the wonderful effects of consistency and mindfulness in your daily life. 10/10 — 5 Stars! Thank you!!

Tried a new studio for the summer—The Hot Room was a great choice! I’ve only been to the uptown location, and I’ve honestly enjoyed every class I’ve attended. Hot Power Vinyasa is my favorite class! All of the instructors I’ve had so far are really encouraging and positive.

The Hot Room is amazing! All staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The classes (wide variety) will kick your butt but it is so worth it. They also have an amazing boutique full of apparel you won’t be able to pass up.

The instructors are so nice. It’s a very calm and welcoming environment. It is so hot, expect to sweat and sweat some more! Bring a towel. Yoga is wonderful. I just tried Pilates with HIIT and I absolutely loved it. They have a variation of classes to try. It’s a great workout, detox and healthy for the mind, body and soul.

Love this place! As a new member I was unsure how well I’d fit in and was slightly self conscious because I had never done yoga before. But the stuff and environment is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable! I would recommend the hot room to anyone!

Hot Yoga is a new experience for me. I can describe it as a bitter sweet relationship due to I dread going but love the after effects of the practice overall. I would rate The Hot Room at a 5 star but due to the limited space with many people piling in making it difficult/uncomfortable for me to maximize my stretches, I am giving it a 4 star. Staff members are extremely helpful and nice and always eager to help. Thank you to all staff members!!

I needed a new workout challenge and turned to the Hot Room. It’s the best workout I’ve done in a while. I was hesitant at first but now I look forward to going!! I’m loving the inferno Pilates class but the hot yoga is great too!! Great people, great place!
