I ventured to The Hot Room after I witnessed the difference it made for my friend. We are both fortunate to teach yoga at an incredible studio in a north side suburb. Over the course of many months I saw how my friend revived her personal practice by attending the Hot Vinyasa & Orignal Hot classes. I’m happy to say I am now having the same experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind & encouraging. The environment is spic & span clean, & the the merchandise selections are beautiful. While I’m only 3 weeks into my journey I believe I’ve found a place I will continue to rediscover the joys of being a student. I’ve been recommending The Hot Room to all my yogi & non-yogi friends & will continue to do so.

I have absolutely loved my experience at The Hot Room! I can’t say enough good about the staff, and the classes are amazing too! I have really enjoyed getting out of my normal workout routine to take the classes here. If you’re thinking about taking a class, DO IT!!

Both uptown and downtown studios are fantastic! I am new to yoga (and Indy), and I was so nervous for my first class. I have always felt supported and empowered by both instructors and other class attendees. It is the best I have felt, both mentally and physically, in a long time. Hot Power Vinyasa with Kylie is my favorite class. :)

Very positive, welcoming and friendly environment. If you are a first-timer, I would not be afraid to try they go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience and are encouraged to come back. They take time to provide instruction, encouragement and answers any and all questions. I personally appreciate how each instructor brings their own energy and perspective to the class. Bottom line - I would highly recommend The Hot Room. It has been a great experience.

The Hot Room is a fantastic way to enhance overall health. The facility is clean, staff is extremely professional and welcoming and the quality of the classes is exceptional. After attending 5 classes I feel stronger both mentally and physically. I highly recommend for anyone even if you've never done yoga or pilates.

I recently started practicing yoga at the Uptown Location of the Hot Room. The yoga instructors and people in the class are incredibly kind and welcoming! I am glad that I have finally reached the point of resuming my yoga practice and look forward to attending more classes in the future. If you are tired of making excuses, you should come to the Hot Room for Yoga! You are worth an hour of your time!

Personally, I have to said I had a great experience at the uptown location. After each hot yoga session my body feels amazing. It is a very upbeat hot yoga environment and the focus is on feeling well and advancing your practice. My teachers Laura Burdick and Kylie Williams are excellent and are interested in forms and alignment. I highly appreciated how they not only explained how to do the postures, but also what the physical internal benefits of the posture are.

I am currently in my intro month at The Hot Room and it has been a wonderful, sweaty experience! The space is cozy: one practice room, locker/shower rooms and a small boutique. Hot yoga is hard (for me!) and each instructor's style varies but they all support the class with a constant stream of instruction and affirmations. I have only attended the 60 min original class, but I plan to continue my practice especially through the cold months. I never sleep better than nights after practice at The Hot Room :)

Hot yoga was a new experience for me and honestly, I wasn't a fan the first time...or the second time. But I completed my fifth session today and purchased the annual membership - I LOVE IT! The mind / body connection that hot yoga has enabled me to achieve (over "regular" yoga) is welcomed, fantastic, and very much needed. My body feels great after a good practice and I am noticing improvement each and every session.‹
