Not going to lie, I was a bit intimated about going to my first Original Hot Yoga class. I now have 15 classes under my belt, and I look forward to every class I attend. The instructors and staff are very welcoming, positive and upbeat. …

The very first class was very welcoming, including a mat and towel to use - I was completely unprepared. The instructors have a variety of personalities, the trick is finding one that you feel most encouraged by - a calm, quiet instructor during Yoga or a fiery, results-demanding no-mercy approach during a Hi-intensity Pilates class.

Recently joined Hot Room, and I have enjoyed every class and experience so far! The staff and instructors are SO welcoming, and they embrace everyone and their practice. Definitely recommend for newbies and experienced yogis alike.

My friend introduced me to The Hot Room and prior to going to a group setting I was so self conscious and hesitant due to my weight and being severely out of shape. The instructors and fellow yogis were so supportive and I finished my first class with Kylie Williams and I felt amazing! It clicked I totally understood the hype. I immediately signed up! I am addicted I could not imagine not having it in my daily routine. All my insecurities gone, I look forward to going to class, the environment is so welcoming, and I love seeing the benefits my body and mind are receiving!#healthiestself #myzen

I am so happy that I discovered the Hot Room. I had gotten into a cycle of working more and working out less. I couldn’t get out of the rut. A friend told me about the Hot Room Groupon, and I bought it spontaneously, needing something to jumpstart a healthier lifestyle. The only experience I have had with yoga previously was bringing adoptable bunnies from our animal rescue group to Bunny Yoga at different gyms. That kind of yoga looked relaxing, but I didn’t expect to lose weight or be challenged. 15 mins before the first class, I almost cancelled. I’m so glad I didn’t. Laurie, the instructor that day, made me feel so welcome. After that first class, I was hooked. Its hard to explain— it was such an intense physical workout but in a completely different way than anything I had experienced before, one that I actually liked doing. I was surprised when Laurie suggested to come back the next day, because I thought I was going to be too sore to move. But I wasn’t (I think that’s due to the heat of the room which is great for your muscles). I’m doing my own personal 30 day challenge, and I’m on class 17. So far, I’ve experienced the following benefits: better sleep, better skin, slimmed down, much more toned, and I naturally drink so much more water. I definitely recommend the hot room, especially if you were like me: wanting to workout again but unable to get out of the rut.

So incredibly happy that my coworkers recommended this place! As a beginner, I was so scared that I wouldn't fit it. The staff and other yogis are so accommodating, respectful, and kind. They have a wide variety of classes and the instructors are motivating but don't push you past your limits.

First time I tried yoga and I’m sticking with The Hot Room! All instructors are fantastic and there are so many different classes to try. I also love that they offer classes throughout the day and the app makes it so easy to schedule classes.

One of the best hot yoga studios I have ever been. I have been practicing Bikram Yoga in Washington DC, LA and several other US cities. The Hot Room in Indianapolis is a first class hot yoga studio with the most caring instructors and staff and very clean facility. A great community to be part of.

Love the instructor Grace. The facility is clean and the atmosphere for the candlelight yoga is wonderful. Really excited to start expanding my yoga journey and continue improving thanks to the staffs encouragement and attention to my needs within the workout. Namaste
