I dropped in to Foundry Crossfit this past weekend while in town for work. Gene was our coach and welcomed me as if I've been a member for years. He's extremely knowledgable and the members were very welcoming. I can't wait to go back when I am in town again.

We were in town visiting and decided to drop-in. We had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. Good gyms are getting harder and harder to find. We were introduced to the class, the coach got to know us and everyone was very friendly. This is all evidence of a great community and it's obvious they put their members first.

This has been our beat life changing experience ever. In my late 30s and i had never invested time in my health. Foundry is teaching us how to care for ourselves and strengthen our body to feel younger than ever. This is awesome

Dropped in for a couple of WODs and everything here was top notch. I’ve been to boxes where drop-ins are welcomed, but not necessarily coached and pushed like regular members. That is not the case with Foundry. Gene and Travis both took the time to correct some of my bad habits and push me in the WODs. The facility is spacious and well kept and the environment is welcoming and encouraging. Amazing experience all the way around!
