Ruined by the free teen summer. The gym already lacks equipment but now teens 13-19 are free all summer and no matter what time I come the gym is always packed and I cant even do the workouts I wanna do.Cool for the teens, bad for any adult paying for a membership. Gonna cancel and look elsewhere

Friendly staff and CLEAN!!! Manager is great and always attentive. Hand sanitizer at every cleaning station along with double if not TRIPLE cleaning stations around the gym. It's a little cramped machine-wise but what they lose in space they make up for in personnel!

Jesus, the manager, was accommodating when I had an unfortunate situation and resolved it promptly. Emily was also welcoming, kind, and had fantastic customer service - both were very professional and quick to help. Thanks, Jesus & Emily!

Joined 3 months ago. just checked my bank statement and found that they were double billing me every month and for the yearly fee as well. Call to get it fixed and was told I must talk to Jesus the manager. Called back and told him I was being double billed and he said it was my banks fault and that I had to come in a prove that they were over charging me. Jesus is a disrespectful little person who wants to argue and talk over you. This is not a good gym. Go somewhere else.

Clean. Amber constantly cleans in the morning. I have asked numerous times to space out the machines in the back. The leg press is so close to the machines are either side it is very difficult to put the weight on the bar without hurting yourself or waiting until the person next to the machine is finished otherwise u will hurt yourself. I have had to stop using this machine because of this. The Henderson planet fitness is the best. Bigger and ALL machines are spaced correctly. Seriously considering terminating my membership.

So Now the Teen Program is going on and there are more people not cleaning machines. One morning a teen sat at a machine In the "30 minute" area for 15 mins just staring into space and checking his phone. Only 1 staff member on duty, place is packed with groups of teens. Havent even been back in over a month, just burning $23 a month .This location has a major issue with people not cleaning machines.I see it every single day, sometimes the same people day after day and sometimes new people. I left early the other day after watching someone go to about 6 machines in the 30 minute area and not wipe a single machine down.some carry a dry paper towel from machine to machine and make the motion as if they are cleaning it, some blatantly tell their friends "it's not dirty" and walk away . The employees basically just stand behind the counter and have no idea what's really going on. It's frustrating and as a member I shouldn't have to confront other members myself or run and "tattle"

Husband and I cancelled our memberships last week. While the free teen summer membership program is great for them, there really needs to be a limit on how many memberships are given away or someone monitoring the occupancy and organization. Kids everywhere and a messy gym! The last couple times I've gone, all the weights are being used, and equipment has a line. Not cool to come to gym and the only option is a treadmill because the gym is free for summer for kids. What's the point of the "crowd meter" when its inaccurate? Its not safe to allow for that many to be there, someone is going to get hurt.

I love this gym in this area!!Unlike the one in Coachella, this one has a bench in the showers. People seem to be more peaceful as well. Good and friendly staff. Machines seem to be current in technology. I love it!!

Space in this gym is primarily taken up by treadmills and elliptical machines. There is a promotion (14-19 year olds get in free) from June until the end of August. This promo makes the place full with "kids" after 3pm. I assume it will be a lot better once this promo ends.

Meeting Very friendly people - Straight and Gay, ALL GOOD!! - ALot of broken equipment lately? Staffis nice and helpful, Clean Bathroom and "Roomy" showers.
