I frequent here a lot. The majority of my membership is for the RedRoom and Hydro Massagers. Due to physical illnesses I have been needing the Red Room but it hasn’t been working in over a month. Gives me reason to question my keeping my membership going if I am not able to use what I got it for in the first place.Please fix the Total Body Enhancement machine already. Some of us suffer greatly when not being able to use this regularly!

I've been a member here for a few years and I was overall satisfied with the gym. It doesn't have a lot of squat racks/ smith machines, so I don't do leg day here. Never was a big deal, you get what you pay for.A few months ago everything changed.I don't know where to even start..It's as if the corporate headquarters completely forgot about this location. Or possibly poor management, or both.It's filthy. Bathrooms are disgusting, floors are dirty, trash is piling up, hand sanitizer is always empty. just gross.There are multiple machines that have been broken with the an "out of service" sign on them, for MONTHS. Including one of the sacred squat racks.It's as if no one cares.The worst part is the recent overcrowding. I doubt that many people are even safely supposed to occupy that space. The crowd o meter has been full almost every weekday. They give local high schoolers a free summer pass so it is full of HUGE groups of literal kids, with no parental supervision, or any oversight from staff. They're dropping equipment, they're loud, and they crowd around the one friend who is on a machine so you can't walk by. I don't understand why they don't have more staff to supervise these kids and to ensure a positive guest experience for the rest of the customers.It's basically a dirty daycare now with no supervision.Time to find a new gym.

The restrooms are staying closed way to long for cleaning I understand it takes a while and I have no problem with staff. I even try to go later to work out. But I like an early workout my day goes alot better its a gym 24hrs open restroom should be the same there's only one for the men, one for the women where else are we supposed to go your the 24hr establishment.

I like the La Quinta Planet Fitness.I go about 11pm after work. Usually anywhere from 10-25 people that I have counted on the days/times that I go and mixed ages.When I first signed up, they did not have a trainer and not sure if they still don't due to me going in later in the evening.It is clean, the staff are friendly, does not get to busy and I have not had an issue using the machines. LOVE the hydro massagers and the chair massagers after a workout.
