Anytime Fitness

Highway robbery I’m being charge over 100$ a month and they take bi weekly I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription the last month and can’t get a answer from any establishment, if any one has the correct number for corporate I’d appreciate it . thanks

This was my first experience at the localAnytime fitness in Billings Montana. First impressions were outstanding! This starts with the amazing staff who are very friendly and really want to help you out. One of the Managers Darrin, exceptionally great guy. Also I can’t remember the others name which was a young women. She even came over since I was out of town and just started chatting it up while I was preparing for my workout.Next this Anytime fitness was way nicer, new equipment and spaced out very well compared to my local gym I go to in WA. Also I noticed how clean this facility was. Honestly five stars doesn’t do it justice.I really appreciate few days of working out.Can’t say enough top notch gym and staff! Until next time I visit family in Billings.

Excellent Anytime. Brand new club. Spacious. Functional equipment that suits all workout programs. Clean as a whistle. Im from out of state and forgot my Key fob. Manager took care of me with no issues and made me feel very welcomed. Sign up today and don’t make excuses that compromise your health and fitness.

It’s a clean place, the staff is amazing, and you feel like family here. Darren has been one of the main people who has made this place comfortable and safe to work out at.

Wonderful staff on the Westend. Darren, Kirk, and Amanda are very resourceful in getting you to your fitness Goals. I have been with Anytime for a few years now and they are convenient, clean, and everyone is very friendly.

This is by far my favorite gym hands down. They are so clean and friendly! Darren welcomes me everytime i walk in. They have conversations with me and help with my workouts. It’s a great place to workout. It feels safe and supportive. Highly recommend.

This is gym is perfect for people with different work schedules! I work night so it’s super convenient that it’s 24/7. It’s also so clean and every time I’ve come in with friends or by myself during the day, Darren makes sure to greet and treat me like I’m family. It’s super comfortable for women. It’s super safe and friendly for sure. Would highly recommend to a friend!

Everything about the condition of the gym is great. Huge variety of equipment that are kept clean at all times, and the place is safe for customers. They also have private bathrooms and showers, and it isn't super crowded as well.HOWEVER, like many reviews mentioned, they have multiple red flags in their business practices. I came here due to an ad I clicked on Facebook but what they offered me during my inquiry was totally different from what I saw on the ad, almost made it felt like a scam. Their regular membership policies are also very questionable, very different from most gyms and again it's almost as if it's a legal scam (you should ask them about commitments and membership cancellations because they won't tell you, they want your money). Even their own employees acknowledge the fact that their ads are "just to get customers to the door" (aka click bait), which means that this has probably been happening for quite awhile. Hopefully sometime in the future this business model of theirs will get brought to light by news or lawsuits, and changed to a more ethical and consumer friendly one.
