I did a 2-week trail at Versa Crossfit while I was visiting North Liberty. The establishment was clean, and well kept and coaches were engaging and encouraging. I would recommend this to anyone at any fitness level. If you're new, coaches will work with you and make modifications to make sure that you have a great, manageable work out. If you're not sure, go check it out and see what they're about. You won't be disappointed!

Big thanks to CrossFit Philia for providing a space for me to train while traveling. Huge space with tons of equipment for training and for recovering. Welcoming staff and members - bonus that they have a 5am class to fit my schedule.
