The new owners are phenomenal! When I signed up, they walked me through the facility and made sure I knew how everything worked. Life got busy and I needed to pause my membership for a couple months, and the owner was more than understanding! They value your membership beyond just the numbers. Really great customer service. So glad West Liberty has this amazing gym in town!
