I was just there and the place is very clean, neat and orderly. A great variety of equipment to get a good workout, any time of the day. Very easy to find, ample parking.

Absolutely positive experience. Great place to work out especially you do a few classes with Dusty (the owner). He is a great Trainer/instructor and will help you reach your goals. Goes over proper technique to avoid injury. The classes are extremely motivating and fun. Plus a great place to work out with 24/7 access, showers, treadmills, sleds, free weights, machines, etc. Would highly recommend calling dusty and setting up at least a 1 on 1 session with him.

Awesome gym! Tons of high quality equipment and you can run your own music over the speakers which is a huge perk. All the weights are rubber coated and Dusty also has two chalk bins. This gym is also super clean. Probably the cleanest gym I have ever been in. I only used the Iowa City location.

Everything you could want in a gym. One side is a more traditional gym set up with treadmills, bikes, stair stepper, rower, machines etc. and the other side is a more contemporary gym with kettle bells, racks and free weights, sleds etc. Dusty, the owner goes out of his way to make the experience for everyone exactly what he always wanted in a gym.
