Beautiful space, roomy, and new equipment. Unfortunately, they don't keep it clean and they haven't had a manager for several months. I've communicated concerns to their senior person (don't really know who it is as they never identify themselves) but nothing much happens. Very disappointing.Update: The floor and equipment cleaning issue has been addressed which I appreciate. Waiting to see what happens on the windows.

73-year-old dual lung transplant survivor was denied access due to the complexity of the check-in procedure between iGYM and Gympass. After using iGYM for over a year to support his health and well-being, iGYM canceled his membership rather than working on simplifying the check-in process or offering alternative methods of check-in due to his lack of smartphone/technical expertise.Customer service was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather than showing empathy and understanding towards his situation, the front desk displayed a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to assist.

I really like iGym. They have very clean facilities and a wide selection of equipment. There aren’t many duplicates for lifting equipment, so planning workouts for away from peak hours leads to faster workouts.
