False Advertising and Invasion of PrivacyBeware of false advertising and privacy violations if you're considering their 6-week challenge. They initially promote it as a free opportunity, but upon your arrival, you'll be confronted with a request for a $699 deposit or an offer to become a member, which is $130 per month on top of a $150 service fee. Paying over $300 for kickboxing is outrageous! What's worse is the relentless pressure to sign up. I asked for some time to think it over because I needed to reflect, but they kept pressuring me. To escape, I reluctantly agreed to pay $15 for a single class (I never went back). It felt like a sigh of relief when I finally left. I still haven't received my $15 but it's way better than getting scammed for $699But that's not all. After a private conversation with the 'coach' about my fitness goals and mental health challenges, the coach came out to the reception area, where people were gathering for their 5:15 classes, and asked me if she could share one of the mental challenge that I had previously discussed with her to a third person in a open area. I immediately declined. Our private conversation should have remained confidential. If she's willing to do that openly in my presence, I can't help but wonder how many other people she might have shared it with after I left. This made me incredibly uncomfortable. It's highly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for customer privacy. In a medical setting, this would be a HIPAA violation.Once I left, I felt a sense of liberation. I'm committed to sharing my negative experience on my social media to warn others about this deceptive practice. If you're thinking about shelling out $699 for this, you're better off looking elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm almost to my 'dream' goal weight and I couldn't have done it without these coaches providing the space and community to grow into my courage and strength. (down 75lbs in less than a year)

Fit theorem Las Colinas added a Fundamentals 2.0 class that is amazing!!! If you want to do more hand to hand and learn more advanced kicks or defensive moves they now have something for you, once a month. then you get to practice in general classes in between. Definitely a game changer! Thank you Coaches!!!This is an amazing place to meet new friendly people, and meet your fitness goals! The coaches are encouraging and willing to help you on a 1-1 level with your kickboxing and your nutrition. The last few months have truly been a pleasure and I’m feeling stronger daily!! I definitely recommend for people at all different fitness levels as the coaches meet you where you are with their personalized approach that helps you reach your personal goals.

I came in for a “free” 6-week challenge. It wasn’t free but based off previous reviews, I came prepared and expected anything and everything. If you plan on coming in for the “free” 6-week challenge, read ALL the fine print so you don’t feel cheated like some other reviewers say. I haven’t felt any pressure to join. I am halfway through my challenge and I’m currently discussing membership rates because I want to and love that I do not feel any pressure whatsoever! If anything, I am being met with patience even with all my questions. The great stuff: They have plenty of classes throughout the day and the week, so no matter your schedule, depending on your determination, there’s an option for you. They offer more than just kickboxing. There are Elements and 30-minute HIIT classes for when you are shorter on time and every workout involves a variety of movements, so you know you are working every part of your body. The coaches: Coach Jesus has helped me stay accountable in attending. Coach Desirae has had some challenging combos(in my inexperienced opinion) which is a fun challenge. Coach Ellen is exceptional at giving you one-on-one tips to help improve your form to get the best out of your workout. Coach Matt has a way of motivating you to push your limits when you think you’re ready to give up. Coach Melissa is always incredibly fun, you ALMOST forget the pain you’re in during the workout because you’re having so much fun!The meal plan during the challenge is pretty easy to follow. There are a variety of options for each category (protein, carbs, fats) so every meal can be different. It includes plenty of protein to help keep you full, and in the process has helped me make better choices when eating outside of the meal plan and staying closer to the right portions. Behaviors that can be continued even when the challenge is over.If you have read this far, it’s probably because you want to know why not 5 stars… When I first came in, I was instantly put off by the smell. Wish they had more air exhausted/exchanged but more outside air means more tonnage/power required and I don’t think the facility was meant for a gym. Therefore, the AC is probably not built to handle the required air exchanges for a workout facility. After a few visits, I think I grew accustomed and don’t phase me anymore. But, to add to this problem, it’s a relatively small footprint. There’s enough space to make it work out on the floor for classes but the locker area and walking spaces are narrow, making it very tight especially when classes are full. There are two restrooms where you can change but no showers or private locker areas. At the end of the day, I’ve really enjoyed my time here and hope I’m able to become a member for the foreseeable future!

Love the classes and the instructors. Melissa is so sweet and takes time to teach you when you are new. I’ve been struggling with weight and they sure make you feel welcomed even if you are a beginner. ☺️
