Coach Melissa, Matt, Desirae, Jesus, and Ellen are awesome! They make you work hard but it is worth it and so fun! Every coach has their own teaching style so you get a variety of concepts and lessons which keeps everyone continuously learning and growing. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging! I highly recommend FitTherom to anyone who is looking for an unorthodox approach to working out!

I absolutely love Fit Theorem! I initially signed up for a six week challenge and ended up joining as a regular member. The trainers are so friendly and fun! They are amazing at providing feedback to challenge you and help you meet your goals no matter what stage you’re at in your process. I look forward to every class I attend and know that I will walk out feeling stronger and tired in the best way possible.

I unfortunately was not able to attend as my work hours conflict and have no child care for my 4 year old and 8 year old and I live Soo far. I was told I was. Locked into and agreement a contract and they misrepresented themselves as I never. Had knowledge of that. I spent about 400.00 I was. On my own in there and had no clue what I was doing so I had no motivation to fight for this place. They keep charging my bank and said I can not have a refund even though I got told lies and went 3 times and had no clue no one on ones. I am going to make sure. BBB is aware of your scams after I find you cause your not even listed on their site. What da!!! Wow!!! Discusted!

If you're looking for something that offers a full body workout in a short period of time and super engaging, then kickboxing should be your go-to.Instead, if you're looking for a personalized way to work out, FIT THEORM may have the answer for you.I was a bit intimated at first since I had never tried kickboxing before, but I was pleasantly surprised at how inviting the studio felt, from the staff to the fellow members i class. The instructors taught me different techniques on hot to kick the bag properly, and they corrected my form along the way so that I didn't injure myself. The next day, I could feel the burn, but in the best way, and I worked muscles I never even knew existed.

If you’re thinking about signing up for the 6 week challenge, do it! The coaches are really nice and truly want to see you succeed. It does take a lot of self discipline, but if you’ve been looking for change in your lifestyle this is the place to start.I’ve never kickboxed before, and fit theorem made me LOVE it! It’s beginner friendly, and after a few classes you’ll have the moves down. Highly recommend!

Hello my name is Carlos Diaz I’m 28 years old and recently got my self involved in one of the greatest challenges of my life both mental and physical.It all started when I started scrolling thru Facebook and seen a post about a 6 week challenge and how it would turn my body and habits in a positive way in the matter of weeks and also free !I was like no way but was left with that thoughtShould I or should I not ?It’s probably a scam and this and that !Well at the end of the day I was right at their Door asking about the challenge and got to meet who would soon to be my trainers and coaches !It believe it was one of the greatest choices I have ever made .I signed up for the challenge in just a matter of one week I had already lost like 2 or 3 pounds I’m not gunna say it was easy but they definitely pushed me and motivated me so much in order for me to meet my goal.By the third week I was already down 6 pounds and had increased my muscle by 4 or 5 % it was actually working and so pushed even harder a started putting really all my power into it and let’s not forget about the eating routines I started creating since the bugging.That was also one of the main reasons I took it because like most of the people out their in the world we have really bad eating habits and I think that should be our priority and fitness in order to stay in shape and healthyWell I’m on my last week have lost about 10 pounds and can’t wait to check my last resorts at the end of this challenge and it has truly been a journey and has helped me in both ways that I was really struggling with mental , health and fitness i reallly recommend this challenge to anyone who reads this, trust me is life changing and one of the best things you can accomplish for your self , health and fitness 😉

This place is great if your trying to lose weight, or just be active. The coaches will keep you motivated and will constantly check on you and your progress. The classes are fun, not easy but fun and they are good to relieve stress.
