This used to be a great gym. One of the best work outs I’ve ever done. Unfortunately the schedule is poor and has deteriorated since opening in 2020. Members pay near $150 per month and there have not been weekend classes offered in months. No updates or explanations provided to members. Owner nor corporate respond to member concerns. The locations in Flowermound and McKinney are superb. Owner engagement obvious and a sense of community with members. Same owner of Las Colinas has Southlake and Keller. Southlake schedule is worse than Las Colinas. Keller is the best of the 3 locations owned but too far to drive. Hopefully there is a new engaged owner soon if not I don’t see how they can survive with members leaving

Sign up! This is the first time in my life I have stuck with an exercise routine (almost a year). It's because of the variety of the workouts and the fantastic instructors: Angel, Cat, Jasmine and Logan. 45 minutes or a 30 minute express get you a full body and cardio workout with no impact! The app keeps you going with goals and stat tracking. Easy to use. The benefits to my health were fantastic with improvements in cholesterol and other measures.

Fun and motivational workouts from Coaches Catalina & Genieve! I particularly appreciated the extra time Coach Catalina spent with me after a recent class to sort out my strapless rowing technique. I highly recommend this RH or the studios at Southlake and Keller for rewarding workouts from amazing coaches in a fun and collaborative environment.

Started rowing over a year ago, best thing I have decided to do. Powerful work outs, mixed classes, great coaches. Over a million meters in my pocket 😮‍💨 Coach Logan, Angel and Matt are awesome and definitely put you to work. …

BUYER BEWARE!My wife was lured into trying one month at a discounted price. However, almost immediately, my wife figured she would not be able to continue with this program because of her job schedule. So, she called to let Row House know that she would discontinue as soon as the trial month was done. But instead, she got a message saying that the person in charge of cancellations was no longer with Row House and that they would contact her later. No one contacted my wife, so yet called again. The person who answered the phone told my wife they would not refund her because she needed to cancel 30 days in advance. The question is, how can someone take advantage of a 30-day TRAIL period and still have to give a 30-day cancellation notice? Not only this, but they gave my wife a hard time canceling the program, saying they would only put it on hold for four months before starting to charge us again.Row House: "You can check out any time you wish. But you can never leave."Update: Do not believe any comments from these people. The first month was NOT free. It was half price as a "trail period." So, as you can see, they have every intention of charging the next month regardless of you not being interested in continuing after the "trial period."Regardless, my wife tried to cancel but, since the person in charge had quit, too bad for the customer, right?
