Kru Giles and the JMT crew are amazing. There’s so much knowledge here. If you’re looking for an authentic Muay Thai experience, this is the place. I’ve lived in Jacksonville for about a year and JMT has been the absolute highlight.

Jax Muay Thai is the best place on the first coast so far that's solely dedicated to teaching muay thai. They also have Coach Nate Campbell as the resident boxing coach so if you're looking to really improve your striking, this place is it.

One of the best places in Jacksonville to get the real Muay Thai Training. Khru Giles has over 20 years of experience teaching martial artists and fighters. His students and fight team are awesome to train with. There are no egos in that gym. The kids program is amazing and the kids have a blast training. The facility has everything you need like ring, heavy bags, weight room, turf grass in the back to for sprints and sled work and most importantly clean working bathrooms with showers. I highly recommend coming here.

Amazing place for aspiring fighters and even those that just want to stretch and work out in martial arts. Jax Muay Thai has very supportive coaches and trainers. Their championship wins make them a breeding ground for the best Muay Thai fighters nationally and internationally.Jax Muay Thai is great place for families, too. Classes for the whole family include stretching exercises and private lessons with ballerina/Muay Thai enthusiast Hilly, training one-on-one with Coach Giles, sparring with fighters Omar and Austin, etc.Check them out and have fun getting skilled in Muay Thai!

I started one year ago at JMT with zero experience. I had multiple lower back injuries coming in and was unsure how much I could take. With diligent stretching and strengthening of legs, hips and core that comes with training I am better off than when I began. When you take classes here you’re learning at all levels from experienced fighters. Best competitive Muay Thai gym in town.

I have Been coming to JMT for years and Giles is more than just a coach but a dedicated mentor who has only helped developed my passion for martial arts and combat sports even more than when I started at 10 years old. Along with such a great instructor, the atmosphere at JMT is unlike any other gym and/or martial arts school I’ve trained at; it’s completely non ego and puts an emphasis on humbling yourself and respecting everyone’s background and the reasons why each people come to train. JMT is a place where people can feel part of a family while learning a lot about themselves and what they’re capable of. JMT is also a very traditional gym where we learn about the culture surrounding Muay Thai and the value it has in improving your everyday life. I could go on, but you should definitely come by and check it out for yourself!
