I can't say enough about this gym! The whole family has been going for over a year and it has been awesome. We have kids ages 4, 7, & 15. The younger ones attend the kids classes and our 15 yr old daughter trains with us. My wife was never a fan of working out but she loves it. Both Kru Giles & Brandon are great teachers & coaches and everyone is made to feel welcome regardless of skill level.

I've been training here off an on for a little over a year now. I've had the privilege to train in Thailand, and Jax Muay Thai is the closest you'll get to train authentic Muay Thai in Jacksonville. Kru Giles and Brandon are great and they really work on the technical aspects of the art which is one of the reasons I like it there. Everyone that trains there is personable and friendly which makes for a close nit/family like atmosphere.

You couldn't ask for a better group of people, and instructors to train with. Whether you are a beginner, or have trained all your life, you will love this gym!! Learn REAL Muay Thai, as is is taught in Thailand!!
