This place is horrible. Came in for a scheduled introduction session and was made to wait for over an hour because the instructor forgot. The gloves they gave me to work with were all sweaty and nasty. Instructor also seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about teaching anything. Overall a terrible experience

Hands down - Best striking gym in Jax. My only regret is living 45 rush hour minutes away in Riverside. Please open a sister location here!
