Having just relocated to the area from the NE, I was looking for a gym which also offered boxing classes that included technical skills as well as conditioning. My husband found Title Boxing & thought it would offer something similar to what I had been previously doing. I took an early morning 45min class with Juan and it was really great! In addition to the quick rounds of technical drills, mixed w/cardio and core, I really enjoyed the partner drills & 1-1 instructor interaction coupled w/the great music! I’ll definitely be joining! 🥊

Ever since I started going to Title Boxing I’ve noticed a change in my mood, how well I sleep, more energy through out the day and of course getting in great shape. I encourage any and everybody to sign up and take a class doesn’t matter the coach or the class they all have to same motive to bring the best out of yourself through a punching bag or weights. Appreciate it the whole Title staff you all are awesome.

I started boxing again to cross train for a race and now my week feels incomplete if I don’t go at least twice a week. Kevin is a great trainer, always positive and fun so early in the morning (6am class!). Being greeted by Izzy is an added bonus! Definitely happy to be part of the Title family!
