Wonderful experience! I had so much fun and it really tired me and it’s definitely a challenge for all fitness levels. Communication was great and I can’t wait to go back. There was a girl at the front with long blonde hair (I feel horrible I didn’t get her name!) but she was wonderful. She was super friendly and helped me with my wrist wraps as well as showing some of the basic techniques for boxing. She even checked on me after the class and gave me all the materials I needed to come back.

Summary: Good vibes; good workout.I love this location! I’ve run the gamut of boxing gyms over the years as I’ve moved place to place, from fitness kickboxing gyms to on demand at-home workouts to MMA-style gyms, and one thing remains true across all: having great instructors with good energy makes all of the difference, and is the only thing that REALLY matters. This location has an amazing team, from the front desk crew to management to instructors.I haven’t made it to all of the instructors yet — some times just work better with my schedule — but so far I’ve loved every class with Kevin, Stu and Q.Kevin is an amazing teacher and has insane awareness of each individual in a busy class. He gives so much personal attention and support that it’s like having a private lesson. He already knew me by name by class 2… impressive! I also like that he mixes up the warm up section each time, so you’re working from the start as you warm up.All of the instructors take good care of beginners, but if you’re trying to choose your very first boxing class ever, Coach Kev is especially good at adapting as he teaches for newbies.Coach Stu’s classes fly by and have fun positive energy throughout. Friday’s at noon are the official kick off to the weekend now, but any of his midday classes will reenergize you more than a cup of coffee to get through the rest of the day. Even if you feel bleh before class, you are guaranteed to leave with a smile.Coach Q teaches my absolute favorite class of the week, Saturday kickboxing. It’s the best class — I’m always learning new techniques and skills, but he breaks it down to be very beginner friendly. I level up in his Saturday class and then practice the new techniques throughout the week. He’s also very attentive about spending extra time after class to go over anything you were struggling with — though really all of the instructors are really helpful with this.Other things I really appreciate about Title Jax Beach:- A wide range of class times so I can easily make it in person to class, even though my work schedule changes week to week. They do have a great open gym set up where you can take a class on demand solo, or you can take classes on demand from home, but I prefer the energy of a class + instructor so I’m grateful the schedule is varied.- The app works so well for booking classes and reserving your favorite bag. No issues.- The front desk crew are so welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to Izzy, who jumped in during a warm up one class where I was odd man out to partner with me and was basically a personal cheerleader the whole conditioning set :)- They are proactive about creating a community vibe and mixing things up — in the two months since I’ve joined there have been lots of special events, like ladies nights, new class formats like Boxing Plus, a movie night, etc. There is a new technique focus every week and lots of challenges to keep you motivated.- The gym is always clean and all the equipment is in great shape. The bathrooms are large if you need to come straight from the office and change there, which is helpful, and the location is so easy to get to at the corner of Beach and San Pablo with a light.

Title Boxing Jacksonville is fantastic! The classes are great for anyone, no matter if you're starting out fresh or you have been going there for a while. If it's your first class, there is no pressure to try and keep up with everyone else. Everyone from the coaches to the staff are super friendly, and are there to make sure you know the moves. All of the coaches have their own style, and each style will have you sweating by the end of class no matter what! Oh, and all the coaches are also AWESOME and a ton of FUN!

Such a great workout. This has been a really good avenue in dealing with retirement and all the baggage associated with that. Coach Q is awesome, honestly all the coaches are (Kevin, Lo, Stu and Juan) and I look forward to attending classes.
