Overheard someone in the locker room shouting who the hell picks the gym music here… who works out to this.. couldn’t help but laugh because it is true. You do know that hip hop is the most popular and recognizable genre on the planet right. Fyi.

Just a terrible, crowded, and cramped gym. Nothing they can do on there end as it’s the only gym in Journal Square. Everytime you go, you’re welcomed to 4 or 5 people on line for a rack, just a couple seats for workouts, and rancid smell.

I’m coming in this place for almost 3 yrs.So far it was very good experience for me.But Today’s incident with the trainer made me to write down this review against this gym becoz of his rude attitude and pushing me away while taking mat for the workout in which he can ask politely. If this way they gonna treat the customers then I request the manager first to teach there trainer how to value the customer, provide service and manners. Pushing away was too much.

First impression review (might be change later)Very near to PATH station. Stuff is friendly. Gym/lockers/shower are clean. Packed most of the time with people, but I didn't wait for any machine to workout. Floor with heavy weight might be noisy as some people throws weight on the floor, so I recommend to wear headphones or earbuds.

This gym is DISGUSTING!!!!! Napkins all over the floor. You can't even find any dumbbells on the rack because they are all over the floor. This gym is a complete mess. Have you ever gone shopping last minute and the store is a mess? well that's how this gym is 24/7. I hope the manager gets it together and fixes these issues because they either need 1)New Staff 2)New managers.

I was charged for 2 consecutive months, after I cancelled the gym subscription. I had to call multiple times to get the refund. Just be sure to check your bank statements.

This gym has THE worst stench ever and is constantly over crowded, I always have to wait for equipment no matter the time of day. The Blink app claims to use REAL TIME for the capacity but it always says 25% even when the gym is packed!! this gym also attracts high schoolers who workout in packs making it even more difficult to use equipment.

It's great to have a gym in JSQ, but since they're the only gym here now (24 hour fitness shut down during COVID and never came back), it's always way too crowded. Unless you get there before 7am, the free weights area on the top floor has lines for every bench, squat rack, and machine. Forget going anytime after 9am - there are going to be full groups camped out at every rack. The stretching mat area downstairs always gets taken over by a few people who seem to independently train others (not Blink trainers). And as a woman in any gym, you get somewhat used to gross comments and stares from men, but this place is way worse. I think since it gets so crowded and there are so many guys, they know they can get away with a lot, and they seem to like making women uncomfortable. The staff and facilities are nice and I rely on this place since there's nothing else around, but I really wish there were other options.

After a while I joined and also brought my friend over here. Now one of my friend got an internship and she wants to leave they are charging us for 45 days unnecessarily. When we joined they said you can cancel it any time. They are liars and also behaved rudely with the girl. They lie and cheat. Their A/C was not working since more than 5 days. I need number of higher authority or manager which they are not providing.

This is the most DIRTIEST blink location I ever been in. The bathroom silk has dirt hardened on it. It looks like they never clean it. The 2nd floor of the gym literally stinks. And its not even the members smelling bad, the machines smell bad. The equipment is very rusty & old. Some of them dont work. DO BETTER GUYS
