Ms. Wes does an amazing job with my daughter and teaches her gymnastics correctly. My three year old has been going to her for almost two years now and Madison absolutely loves Monday’s because she knows she going to gymnastics and gets to see her teacher. Ms. Wes is a selfless teacher who loves all her students. I’m signing my 6 year old up soon. Thank you for all you do and see you this week!

Not really sure why all these bad reviews.... I've been wanting to sign my daughter up for gymnastics but hesitant to pay upwards of $100 a month on something she might hate. I purchased the Groupons for my 4 year old and 1 year old and they both love it! Ms Wes is obviously a professional with years of experience who knows what what she's doing. My 4 year old who is afraid of everyone/everything went with her happily and had a great time in class!

Stay away..Not fun for the kids or parents. Cant take pictures of your kids while they are in class. Not the Olympics. They will be out of business soon.

My kids love Ms Wes and I know that she is also looking out for them. We do gymnastics and summer camps here. We started visiting here on Groupon more than 4 years ago and would not go anywhere else. I've seen complaints from other people reviewing. It is funny most people don't do a review unless it is negative. The worst thing is people complain about the things that Ms Wes does to keep their kids safe.

First, I want to state that I am not a person who spends time writing bad reviews; I think all of my other reviews are 5 stars. But this is NOT a professional business. I started with a Groupon because my son wanted to try gymnastics. He loved it (so I will say that- there’s the reason for the one star), so I decided to pay the year membership and have his father take him one night a week. The owner, Mrs. Wes, does not communicate via email, or at all for that matter. One night my child and his father showed up for class and no one was there. They waited 30 minutes, no sign, no call, no email, nothing- they left and there was never an explanation as to why there was no class that night. Also, no refund for that missed class. We skipped the following month due to money issues, and at the end of the month, I tried MULTIPLE times (at least 5) to call Mrs. Wes to make the payment for the following month (it’s $64 if you pay before the 1st and I think $69 if you pay on or after? - again, there is no online pay) and she never answers the phone (I called during the specified window of time the recording states), and only ONCE did she call me back. I was working and couldn’t answer the phone, tried her back twice to no answer and no returned call. I wake up Sunday morning, June 30th, and I have an email from Square stating that GymWorks has charged me $74! I am beyond upset because I never signed anything giving her permission to charge my card, and when I called to leave a voicemail, the new recording states that there is no class the week of July 4th, and calls will be returned on Monday, July 8th!!!Not only did she take my money without my consent, but she took MORE than the stated monthly amount, BEFORE July 1st, AND she is completely unreachable for over a week. These are corrupt business practices and I am beyond livid.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for the 5 week session. My almost 2 year old loved it. I was surprised to see that she listened and followed directions. She even learned how to do a forward roll and a headstand. It's obvious that Ms. Wes has many years of experience not only in gymnastics but in working with children. She is particular about the leotards and did people coming in to the gym to take pictures during the class. I didn't have a problem with this because I can easily see how that could be distracting to the kids. She allowed my niece to come in after class and take plenty of pictures. I would absolutely recommend Gymworks.

This was the worst experience ever. First of all, over the phone the instructor tries to act like this place is so professional with all these rules. She tries so hard to make you purchase leotards from her when my daughter had perfectly good ones. She kept saying they cant be long sleeves, they cant be this, they cant be that.Second, my daughter is a toddler, she wants to enjoy and have fun. The instructor did not allow the kids to have fun at all! She also ignores certain kids and gives more attention to others. She was not an enjoyable person, i felt like the kids avoided her.Third, she did not allow the parents to take pictures. I want to have a great experience with my child, let us just enjoy the class! We are not in the Olympics, the kids are only 2!!And Lastly, if you wanna act all professional go right ahead, but at least have equipment that are not from 2001. She had an old cassette player playing songs my mother used to listen to when she was a kid in the 70's. All of her stuff is old and outdated.

My son went to the safari camp for one day. The instructor has a gruff/grouchy personality and seems to just yell at the kids. I was filling out paperwork when she began to take him into the classroom, which parents weren't allowed to go into and look around because it makes it harder for the children she said. When he didn't have a chance to say goodbye to me he became upset and she physically put her hands on him and tried to force him into the room. At the time I thought it might still be okay because he had calmed down and began to color so I left him. Then to find out He was not allowed to eat his peanut butter and jelly sandwich at lunch even though no sign was posted at drop off which she didn't mention when I picked him up either. Again during pickup she put her hands on his upper arms and physically stopped him when he ran to me and turned him around to go get his lunchbox. Do not send your children here!!
