I pay alot of money for membership. The Sugarloaf location needs some work some of the equipment is old with rust , no real room where the weights are, and the wipes to clean the machines after use were all gone so they have spray bottles but no towels. For 249pp it could be a whole lot cleaner and better

On Saturday, August 12th, 2023, around 5:50 PM, almost 6 PM, when I first arrived at the LifeTime gym, I realized that cash was missing from my wallet. After exercising, around 8:10 PM, when I returned to the locker, I discovered the loss. Upon notifying nearby staff about the security issue, others approached me and shared similar incidents, where they lost $200 in a situation similar to mine, around 2 PM.The fact that similar incidents are occurring nowadays suggests that if someone has a key, it's easier to open lockers and steal cash. Despite this, people occasionally seek assistance from LifeTime staff to unlock their lockers when they forget the password. The staff claims they have been trained to ask for identification if they can't access the locker's contents. However, contrary to their claims, I witnessed some workers opening lockers without proper checks.I've heard that such incidents happen frequently. Fitness facility owners need to address this issue immediately through locker security measures. It's also important to prevent further victims from emerging. If such incidents occur in situations that aren't the customer's fault, fitness facility owners should compensate affected customers with some form of credit for several months.

I can not express my gratitude for LifeTime. My partner and I recently came into some unexpected medical problems where we could no longer continue our our membership here. Unfortunately, we had to cancel, but the representative was able to take care of us immediately and with no hassle over the phone unlike other gyms. The representative was also able to refund us for this month after it already charged us, we initially were going to eat the cost, but fortunately we did not have to. In our time in need LifeTime made one thing less difficult. We plan to come back once we are able to.

This place is very expensive, but it’s because of all the amenities. Why 1 star? If you are going to charge a premium, you need to deliver on premium. They do not enforce their no cell phone or electronic device policy in the locker rooms. There is a sign at the entrance, but you will see people using devices nearly every time you’re in there. I complained twice and the complaints “never made it to the GM”. I finally brought it to the GM’s attention and he assured me that he would look into it. It’s a week later, no new signs and people are just using their mobile video cameras…I mean phones. There should be an expectation of privacy in changing rooms and this place won’t do it. This is absolutely unacceptable!Child center closes at 12:30 every day for several hours (sometimes not opening back up) and they won’t let you check a child in starting at 12:00. These limited hours started during the pandemic and they have never changed it... This is a major inconvenience for parents who want to work out and have kids. We just went at 12:00 on a Saturday and my wife and I couldn’t work out because they wouldn’t take the kids for 30 minutes…. $200 a month we spend and literally can’t use our membership on a Saturday at noon…. INSANE!!!For the number of members and the size of this place, the area with dumbbells is lacking. During busy times, it’s nearly impossible to get a bench. Plan on waiting! They need to add about 4 more adjustable benches and about 3 more utility stools. This is a bottleneck for sure and should absolutely be upgraded! Having to wait disrupts your workout and is frustrating. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. It’s early August and they are already moving to fall hours. On a Saturday, you can’t swim with kids outside until 1pm. Seriously?!They have impressive water slides for the indoor and outdoor pools. Over the past 12 months, I have never seen the indoor slides operational and the outdoor slides are currently on for a whopping 3 hours…For what this place charges, they should have safe locker rooms, a free weight section that can support peak hours, a properly staffed child center with normal hours and pool resources that can actually be used.Hopefully they take this feedback and actually make the changes because this place could be much improved.

I've been thinking about joining this gym and then read the reviews about how unsatisfactory the locker rooms and restrooms were. So I decided to take a tour of the place to see for myself. It was clean. I didn't see trash or hair everywhere like some previous reviews stated.(I did notice a few plastic straw wrappers and random debris at the edge of the rock climbing area.)Everything I saw on tour was what I expected. I will be joining. Thank you, Perry for the awesome customer service and tour.

Terrible customer service. I tried to organize a birthday there and it was impossible. The only way to book a party is through, the manager that is never available to answer. I went personally today and he left home because he was sick. Nobody was able to help me not even to take the party down-payment.I don't understand why they doeverything so complicated. They all need a better customer service.

Overcrowded, outdated machines, and the sauna does not even get hot because you have so many people going in and out. I don’t doubt that there might be fights breaking out in the gym and outside. Looks more like a hookup spot than a gym. Going back to Johns Creek Lifetime Fitness!

Customer Service is horrible, front desk people don't care and are rude, recently this year. Not as clean as it used to be. People sneaking through family area to pool. Impossible to book party, Kids program is a joke, feed them pizza and that's it. Rock climbing is only open a few hours, never when we go. Slides are only open very minimally so they can save money on life guards. Squash ball rackets and balls are old and broken. Basketball is a free for all, with 1 side always taken up with pickup games. Nasty hair in showers and pool Everytime I go. For this much a month, the place should be spotless and very freindly. Why has everything gone downhill 😕
