Staff did not want to honor a membership that had been cancelled but not yet expired. Spoke rudely to customer. Staff could use some customer service training and an update on policy. Won’t go back.

There payment options suck! Do not recommend! Been charged over 70$ in one month and haven’t went to the gym! Mailed a cancellation letter but didn’t receive it in time before the yearly 43$ took out and can’t give the money back! Horrible!! Thieves!!

I have been going to this location for over a year now . The staff is awesome ALL the staff. The weekend crew is always friendly. Abbi and Shey are the greatest, they are always willing to go the extra mile . The gym is always clean and you see the staff cleaning regularly even before Covid. A big thumbs up to the Jonesboro Planet Fittness staff for making it a great place to work out

Very clean and polite staff, giant alarm with light very off putting and if someone where to have an accident and they turned the alarm on I’d find it humiliating, but I’ve never seen it in so now complaints so far. The weekend hours are very short, I don’t even get off work till7 so I can’t to gym on weekend, I miss the 24 hours a lot 😢😢 other than that it’s a decent gym if it went back to 24 hours even just on the weekends I would rate 5 stars

I'm not entirely bought in on how planet fitness chooses to run their gym (no "grunting" etc...) however. Taking that out of consideration, the employees are extremely nice, the place is the cleanest gym in town, and it truly feels "judgement free" to the best extent possible.
