Always friendly and available staff. Machines always work. Message and hydro chairs are awesome. Never overly crowded. Clean and spacious. Tons of TVs. I've been a member for probably a year or more now and I go to the gym 3 times a week, usually pretty early, and I've only had a consistently positive experience.

Love the gym, but I was sold the membership with the understanding that since I paid for the black card my guest could also use black card services. But no, she couldnt. That's not right PF. REGULAR MEMBERS GUESTS ENJOY REGULAR MEMBER FEATURES SO SHOULD BLACK CARD GUESTS ENJOY BLACK CARD FEATURES. I am cancelling my membership AS SOON AS THAT 1 YEAR IS UP THAT YOU HAVE ME LOCKED INTO!!! THATS ALSO VERY FRUSTRATING. I already am highly unsatisfied but if I want out before a year is up I have to buy out my contract for a ridiculously steep price. What a RACKET! SHAME ON YOU PF.

Good if you only want to do a cardil focused work out. It's cheap for membership but I wouldn't recommend if you enjoy weight lifting and some of the staff is great and enthusiastic will really engage with you others aren't where they are supposed to be can't find them. Also you 100% need to use a lock on your locker. Theifs will try to come in to the gym when no one is watching. But I just blame the Theifs for that.

Staff (Montana) super helpful! Nice showers, rain shower, heads spacious stalls. There’s are rowing machines here! Filtered water machine.A lot of easy parking.(7:30pm Sunday night).Clean gym.

Open 24/7! So it's incredibly convenient. It's always neat and clean. Doesn't smell like most gyms...which is "refreshing"!Nice staff anytime of day!

Clean and safe place to workout. Great prices. Love the tanning and hydromassage beds. Employees are always friendly. You never have to wait for any machines. Just a great environment to be in.

Awesome staff and amazing selection of equipment. I tend to go either late at night or early morning but always equipment open. And the locker rooms and showers are emaculate. 10/10 would lift herw again

Joined here about a year ago only because I travel for work frequently and wanted to be able to work out on the road. Today I picked up my 12 and 9 year old kids from school and thought I'd get my workout in before we drove home. The kids quietly read and did homework in the lobby area while I was in the workout area. As I was leaving I was told that no children under 13 were allowed on the premises. So I cancelled my membership and my wife cancelled hers. If you're looking for a gym, find somewhere else. The equipment is ok, mainly a bunch of cardio machines. No free weights except dumbbells and a few short barbells up to 60 lbs. The only reason I joined was to be able to work out on the road. They claim to be less expensive, but when you factor in the $50 annual fee that they charge in the summer there's really not that much difference in price. Plus, you get what you pay for. There are MUCH better options in Jonesboro with better facilities and equipment. If you're looking for a new gym, pass on Planet Fitness. Spend a little more. You'll be happy you did. In hindsight, I should thank the young lady who ran my kids off. It forced me to quit a gym I really didn't like.

Great place to workout! The staff is excellent and all the other patrons are respectful to one another! The place also seems clean and there are several different workout stations to choose from! I would definitely recommend! I usually go during lunch.
