This is not just a gym but an extended family. I personally went through an unexpected loss of a loved one. Through his illness and after, Jake checked in on me and my family. I can't express enough how much Jake, all the members and coaches helped me get through such a difficult time. I have been with fit body over a year. I continue to get stronger, mentally and physically everyday! Thank you to all the coaches and members for pushing me at every workout💪💪

I had a fantastic workout here while I was visiting Kalamazoo. Jake and Amy and the whole class were so welcoming and helpful. We sweat and burned like immediate friends! I highly recommend FBBC Gull Road!

I was never a typical workout at a gym person but I love be this place. The workouts are quick but challenging and be modified to any fitness level. The trainers are energetic and the community atmosphere is incredible.
