Go everyday, great place can just get a little crowded but for sure recommend

Came from out of town and used this location for two days at different times of the day. Both times I got a good workout in and was impressed by the size of this location, the tall ceiling really opens it up. Didn’t see any machines down and the locker room was clean. Benches were usually busy but it wasn’t a lack of them, just high demand. Can’t speak for management or the like but it was a good gym when in the area.

This is a really fine gym and fun.

The staff are kind and helpful. The equipment is clean, just wish that they had heavier dumbbells and Olympic bars that weren't inside of a rack.

I've tried to cancel membership numerous times, the associates inside are not able to cancel meetings or in refusal and it's becoming ridiculous at this point, I've came in August 15th 2023 with a written claim to cancel and now I call back today to speak to Hannah at your local portage facility with alot of arrogance in her voice and condescending remarks saying nothing is in the system where I tried to cancel. This establishment has not been professional and I demand results.

Great, clean location with updated equipment and kind staff. A lot of planet fitness locations I’ve been to seem really dark inside, but this location doesn’t and it’s a real mood-booster. I go here while my location on Stadium Drive is temporarily closed, and I really like it!

Friendly staff & members. Great location. It gets busy at times. With the Stadium location closed for remodeling the Portage facility has been packed. It should be finished at the end of August.

Much like a previous relationship; I am consistantly disappointed and there are entirely too many people involved.

I’d really appreciate if the old lady named cindy that works here would stop being rude to me and stop giving me nasty looks it’s very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Cassy is great, knowledgeable and very helpful. Place is very tight but overall layed out.
