I'm currently trying to lose a lot of weight. Trainers are great and upbeat. Trainings are fun but exhausting if you make it that way. You are your own worst enemy in a group setting like this. I love it.

Love OT Kalamazoo! It is easy to establish a routine (but with plenty of alternate class options for when life happens and your routine gets thrown off) and hold yourself accountable. Everyone is friendly and the coaches are super helpful. The workouts are great and you can truly go at your own pace. Thank you!

High energy, never-the-same workout routines, talented coaching staff, and super friendly desk staff! What works for me is the social aspect and focus on fun-fitness. OTF doesn't feel 'like a gym'. Love the 5am sessions as it does not interfere with the remainder of my day!

I love all of the coaches - they pep me up no matter what mood I am in. I also love the mix of workouts including endurance, strength, and power. I also love the mix of cardio and weight training. The workouts are different every day keeping things interesting and working different parts of the body - full body workout no matter what!
