It is a good neighborhood gym - I wish they add shoulder dip machine to their collection. I also wish they have firm dumbbells (most of the dumbbells there are loose and noisy when used). The atmosphere in the gym is very serene and clean. It is a nice place to visit

Too Expensive membership for the quality of the gym, equipment is broken, there wasn’t water in the gym for a while. Lack of functional equipment and bad representation. I honestly idk how it’s still up and going. Only thing it’s good for is location and convenience.

Over priced, basic equipment. Cleanliness is a problem. It's been a front for steroid sales (check the owners criminal record)in the past. Take from that what you will. If you go to Western, just use the gym there. We already pay for it.

Great gym! Convenient hours, plenty of equipment, And great atmosphere to do what you need to do. Had a military related move out of State. Contract was canceled, no questions asked, and owner extended the invitation to work out anytime I’m back in town. Good people.

Best chain of gyms in Michigan. They have equipment for every workout and muscle group. Great for anybody including beginners. They have great staff and personal trainers. I won’t be going to any other gym.

When I read some of the reviews I was worried about the gym. I went anyways! Glad I did... the culture of the gum members is so welcoming, staff more than happy to help. The equipment is just fine. I have a trainer 2x a week. Was told exactly what my contract would be. Nothing dirty about it. Not super fancy; but!!!! That's why I like it. It's a nice place to workout. I recommend this place.
