Terribly run business! We really enjoyed the class and the instructor, but terrible communication and customer service from the owner. We were signed up for two memberships initially, with no response from management on how to rectify the situation so we had to go to our bank. Then one day we showed up and there was a note on the door that class was canceled and would resume for summer classes. We had no idea when summer classes were! When we called, we got a recording that said that they were reopening on September 14th. It turns out they've had the same outgoing message since covid 3 years ago and haven't changed it! I emailed the owner several times and left a voicemail and finally she responded through Facebook with complete attitude. She ended up blocking me and didn't even respond as to whether they had canceled our membership. The staff even told us that the owner was awful and they were going to quit. Don't waste your time!

The trainers are amazing but not so much the ownership. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months and the owner makes it impossible to get ahold of her. The employees have no way of contacting her. I’ve sent 5 emails over a full month and had me response. I also had an employee take my number for her and still haven’t been contacted. Great atmosphere l, terrible ownership

Have been attending for about a month now and I love it. The classes keep the workouts varied, upbeat and action packed all while keeping it fun. Coach Luz is the best!

The instructors are great. But same as I’ve seen with other reviews, even after following their protocol for cancelling my membership, they’ve continued to charge me. I’ve attempted to contact the gym through phone, email and in person and no one has responded to my many emails and calls. In person, they “didn’t know how to cancel it” and had me leave a note with my information which was also ignored. Super frustrating when someone has your credit card information and ignores your many attempts over more than a month to get ahold of anyone. Especially when you’re following what they told you to do. Now I have to start a case with my credit card company.

The people working at this location are very nice. But even after following the cancelation protocol given to me a few months ago and paid the final payment, they ignored me and kept trying to charge me. After a trying a couple more times, last month they finally finalized my cancelation but then sent me to collections! The classes are pretty repetitive anyways and not worth the money. You'd save way more just getting your own bag and learning the 3 whole different sets of punches on youtube.

Such a great new experience. I sent an interest email and got a call the same day inviting me to a free beginners class that weekend with all the details of what I would need. Arrived a little nervous but that was gone within minutes of arriving. Purchased hand wraps and was shown how to wrap my hands. They helped me find a bag and loaner gloves and taught me the basic punches. Once class started it was so up beat and moved at a great pace. Nice warm up and cool down. It was so much fun I came back the next day for a second class. That one was the same vibe different instructor. So I signed up for more. The instructors are so encouraging and helpful. The workout is total body and can be intense but not overwhelming and intimidating. Clean facilities, well kept equipment, great instructors. I am having a blast and getting a great workout.

My sister wanted something different and physically active to do the morning of her wedding. I reached out to Title Boxing Club and it was a fantastic decision! They were very accommodating, got us in and out right on time, the facility was clean and welcoming, the owner and trainer Amy was so motivating and fun to workout with. This would be great for bachelor or bachelorette parties!

Best way to start the day! I joined Title Boxing - Kalamazoo before they opened. Took a chance that I would love this new (for me) workout. I have not been disappointed! Growing pains? Sure. It's a brand new club! The owners and trainers are open to suggestions and ideas to make the club the best it can be for us members. It's a great workout and stress reliever for me. BAM!

I've finally found a workout routine that I actually enjoy and look forward to doing! Amazing staff and a great environment to workout in! The trainers have a good variety of workouts so it never feels like you are getting stuck in a boring routine. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

My first time at Title was for a private women's event that the owner coordinated herself; I had the opportunity to meet the coaching entire team, they gave us a great tour, and they walked us "beginners" through wrapping, and let us loan out their own wraps (something you usually have to buy) and gloves for our trial session! They offered us a one hour session for free and provided us with all of the tools and education we needed to truly try out the club. The culture of the club was one that I have not felt from a gym in years. The support system among the staff, the camaraderie of the team and fellow gym goers, as well as, the ethics of the family that owns the gym is of nothing I have felt from a gym in years past. Amy and her team go above and beyond to help their members reach their goals. They are upstanding people and they always do things with well intent.Joining this club is an investment, it is one that is well worth it! You get what you pay for these days with the gamut of gym memberships. A Title membership is well worth the benefits--you just have to be willing to make that commitment to yourself! Amy's club would be the one to do so at!
