I like bringing my youngest here for basketball practice.Parking is conveniently right outside of the building. They've got electric outlets all throughout the gym, bathrooms and water fountains. The gym was recently redone and I've heard the floors were completely replaced.

Gym good the weights they weigh and Rodrigo is the best manager here. He let me borrow his lambo last week and saved me from dropping 500 pounds on myself(he picked it up with one hand).

I've been going to this gym for a few months and I'm really happy with it so far! It's pretty small, which I prefer to bigger public gyms but has all the equipment I need to get a good workout in. The staff is friendly and the PT I've been working with is super knowledgeable and encouraging.

This place is great! It's a small gym but they still have all the equipment that you need free weights/machines/cardio. Dumbells up to 130s two squat racks a dozen treadmills a couple of stair mills etc. 24hr secure access which is great for those of us that train late. I used to train early 5:00am - 6:00am and at the most there would be maybe 15 people there and I never really had to wait for a machine. Everyone I have met there has been very cool/polite/courteous. Membership cost is very inexpensive. If your looking for a solid gym to go to this is the place. Highly recommend!
