Desi is so cool and an amazing trainer! She is THE best, and I’ve been her client for almost 3 years! The staff, including Cesar (the friendliest guy around), and also members there are welcoming and fun to be around.

I've been working out at Metro KC Fitness for about a year and have had a fantastic experience. Everyone is nice and friendly, and I don't feel any gym intimidation compared to other gyms. Working with my trainer Desi Coleman at the gym has also helped me. I have a love-hate relationship with the gym, but Desi helps me push my limitations to meet my weight loss goals!

Decent little gym attached to the community rec center. Adequate collection of equipment and weights such that I've not had to wait during peak hours, and for a 24/7 access gym this costs what I paid over a decade ago at another 24/7 access fitness facility. For the price, you won't find anything better

I just joined MetroKC recently and I love it so far. The price is really cheap compared to other gyms in the area, the equipment I use seems to be new and in good shape, and it's never overly-crowed which I like. I'm really glad I joined this gym.

Been going to Metro KC for a year now and love the vibes. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Really feels like a community.I’ve also been working with Desiray who has been so helpful with my healthy journey. This gym is awesome and has such a welcoming community. Desi is my trainer and she whips me into shape, all the staff is always super friendly and I can genuinely say I’m always excited to go.

I got the pleasure to workout at this facility. I had a great experience. The manager Cesar was very nice and professional. The personal trainers Lalo and Desi were great to work with. Thank you all for having a great gym. I do recommend this gym and love the 24 hr access. It can get a little crowded in the mornings and evenings but its still cool.

There is no other gym like this. It's like one big family every day. Always clean. The equipment is all very high end in three years of regular attendance I have never seen an out of order sign. Unlike Planet Fitness where they hover around looking for you to break the rules, Metro KC Fitness is the most encouraging gym I've ever went to. It's definitely a neighborhood gym, and they are all about community. I love this gym!

I love this Gym! I've only been going for a couple weeks and it's everything I've ever wanted in a gym. It open 24 hours, they have all the workout machines I need, they are very clean and the staff is very friendly. They make you feel right at home and motivate you to your goals.

After checking out multiple gyms in the area, Metro KC Fitness was an easy choice. Not only does it have showers and 24 hour access, but the price is right. They have everything you need if you want to lift heavy or if you are trying to get back in shape. It is never crowded and the staff is great. Payton the manager is really knowledgeable and a super nice guy!!
