Literally the best gym experience you could ask for. Everyone here is family and the quality of service is exceptional. 100/10 would recommend to anyone.

Very happy to be a part of this gym. The equipment is in good shape and has been well maintained. While this is not a massive gym it has all the right stuff and the staff is great. Talk to Lalo if you are wanting a personal trainer.

I recently joined at the end of October (2022). I've had the opportunity to work with Metro 24's own - Cesar Sanchez. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. The Strawberry Hill location has many machines and dumbbells which means less wait time to get a good workout.

All the staff if friendly and helpful. I did personal training with Desi both group and one on one. She helps with all aspects of maintaining a healthy lifestyle from form to nutrition.

Started coming here 2 years ago, and trained with Desi Coleman who set me on a path to completely transform myself. This is a great gym to workout at and has an amazing community within it.

This place is a quiet place to work out if you don't like to be in huge spaces filled with tons of people. It doesn't get too packed unless you go during peak hours. It has a lot of cool workout machines/equipment, lots of TV's so you can be entertained while you work out. I highly recommend, especially if you're shy since it's not so big and overwhelming plus everyone is mostly polite and helpful.

Great gym in a quiet neighborhood with a great array of equipment. Low cost, everything you need for an effective work out! Welcoming environment.

I recently joined this gym and it’s great! It’s got all the equipment you need, it’s clean, and staff and patrons have been nothing but kind. I love that it’s 24 hours because I go very early. (My only improvement would be if the thermostat could be lower. 76-78 degrees is hottttt when you’re exercising!)

Joined the gym recently and so far, really enjoying my time there. It is smaller, which I prefer. Equipment is in new and in good shape. Price is amazing, and I am currently working with Desi (trainer) to help with my transition into gym life. I've defiantly learned a lot from her and would recommend her to anyone regardless of your experience/goals. Overall, very pleased with my decision to join Metro and would recommend if you are seeking a local gym. Looking forward on continuing my fitness journey.

Recently joined this gym and I'm so glad that I did!! I felt welcomed my first time walking through the doors. Cesar was a pleasure to work with. His customer service was critical in my decision to join!! The other members are friendly, the cost of membership is inexpensive, and the gym has everything I need!
