10/10. Best gym in the Northland. Small gym energy with big gym equipment availability. Huge shout out to Jeremy and Shane for their great attitude, knowledge and dedication.

The staff was super welcoming and are willing to help you reach your fitness goals! Has all the equipment you would need for a workout.

Metro is a great gym! I have always felt welcome and encouraged here!

Just started coming here and training with Reyven! Really like it so far, it feels comfortable and inviting for someone who has never regularly gone to the gym!

I am excited to call metro KC fitness my new gym. It has everything I could ask for and more. The staff are absolutely incredible, it’s an extremely clean gym and all the equipment is reliable and a vast selection so no matter your lifting level you can lift here no problem. It’s also a great feature they have multiple locations you can use!

I have throughly enjoyed my experience at the Metro KC - Briarcliff location. It is in a great location and although the gym is very small, it has great equipment and great people. Excited to continue to workout there!

Shane has been one of the best and educated trainers I’ve ever worked with! He cared about your goals and makes for a very comfortable place to work out what ever your training experience is.
