KC Metro Fitness Downtown is an overall great gym that offers 24/7 access and lots of updated equipment. It isn’t the biggest location in the chain and can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but with the ability to go whenever you want it makes up for that. Not to mention that the staff is great and very friendly, facility is always clean, and you get access to a parking garage so you never have to search all over for parking. Would recommend 👍🏽

Great gym! Clean! Staff is friendly! Patrons are gym etiquette savvy! Definitely worth the reasonable monthly fee! Membership at 2 other places and KC Fitness has become my GOC!

My credit card expired, and I didn’t realize the payments weren’t being made, instead of calling me, or sending an email after two months they sent it straight to collections. I haven’t even been there in like 6 months. The gym is like a holiday day inn gym with the bare minimum.
