Moving from NY and being so comfortable in my home gym, I was worried I wouldn’t find another one I love. Well I really love KCmetro fitness-downtown. Close to home, has all the equipment I need, clean locker rooms and spaces, and validates garage parking! Staff is great too!

This is a great gym with great and very helpful staff! They have everything I need for a great workout! The locker rooms are perfect, you can park right next store, and it is open 24 hours a day! 10/10 would recommend!

My favorite gym I've ever been a part of. Great style, plenty of equipment, the manager is soooo nice, people mind their business, AFFORDABLE, and clean. What more do you need? 24 hours? Yep, that too.

Nice gym, little small but most city gyms are. Great people. Good equipment, lacking a few machines I would like, chest supported rows/pulldowns etc, but other than that great place. Plus its affordable and you get access to all 3 locations!

I really like this gym. It is on the smaller side but all the equipment you could need is there and the space is well utilized. Everything is clean, in working order, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I move around for my job and typically struggle to get gyms to let me do month to month memberships but Payton for everything done without any issue. To top it all off, it’s 24/7 access (great for night shift) and locally owned/run. Go! Join! Now!

I started going to this gym not too long ago and I absolutely love coming here! The staff is amazing and always welcoming! It’s a smaller gym but it has everything you need! Along with it being affordable, in a great location AND ITS 24 hours! I definitely recommend this gym!

I’ve had my membership here for almost a year now and I can honestly say it is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The staff makes you feel so welcomed & comfortable, the facility is clean, and great equipment/free weights are available. A special s/o to Liz, Matt, and Payton who are amazing trainers and always go above & beyond for their clients!

I just recently moved to the area from Michigan! I was looking for a small locally owned gym for a sense of community and Metro KC checked all my boxes! They gave all the equipment I need and the staff is helpful and friendly! The hours are also great and make it convenient to workout whenever! Everyone should check them out!

Clean, affordable gym equipped with everything you need to get a good workout in. 24/7 hours and a great staff. Payton was extremely helpful in the process of getting me signed up. Allowed me to try out the gym before signing up and has been super welcoming. Highly recommend!

This is my first gym membership. I love it here. People of all different ages and body types come to work out and it's a very judgement free zone. Liz and Matt are great, and the cost is fantastic for 24/7 access, free classes, and multiple locations. 11/10
