Great gym - equipment is well maintained, spaces are clean & well-managed, and they have multiple locations across greater KC. I especially like that they support positive programming like ChiveTV at Strawberry Hill, are on bus line Downtown, and are integrated with community center in Argentine.

I am absolutely in love with this gym from the clean areas and nice locker rooms on top of that Amazing staff that’s always willing to help and workout classes you can take I mean needless to say this gym has everything it may not be the biggest gym, but it definitely has caught my heart I definitely recommend going here.

If you’re looking for a quality, family oriented gym, metro fitness is the place to be. Always clean, staff is more than helpful with anything you need. Good quality gym mates, always respectful and willing to share machines/weights. Now you know what it’s like, what are you waiting for?

Favorite gym that I’ve ever had a membership at. Matt is an amazing trainer and really listens to your goals and caters workouts to individual needs. The new bathroom attendant in the woman’s locker room is also doing an amazing job keeping it clean!

Glad I found this gym! Personable staff with a friendly atmosphere. Although the space isn’t large, the layout is efficient and gets the job done. Very reasonably priced as well!
