I walked in on a random advert I had seen and really had no intention to do anything long term. I immediately felt welcome, saw that everyone was at there own level and no one was judging me. Everyone is at a different place, but all working to be a little better each day. I have been there 6 years now and have found the one thing that makes me keep showing up.

Came for the workout, stayed for the community!! You can tell that the coaches here genuinely care for quality technique and positive attitudes! If I could give a bonus star for the excellent music, I absolutely would.

Stop wondering if CrossFit is right for you and just give it a try. It’s easier than you think to get started and ANYONE at ANY age and ANY fitness level can do it. Kent CrossFit helped me lose weight, get stronger, and see myself in a whole new light. If you’re reading this review there’s at least a part of you that’s curious about it. I dropped in at Kent CrossFit and they have the most kindest community. Coach Chinda is very knowlegeable and was able to give me some scaling options as I recover from my injury. I will definitely be back. Such a welcoming community, even to beginners like me!

I'm a septuagenarian and started CrossFit training almost 2 months ago. I am so glad I was able to join Kent CrossFit. Coach Chinda and her team of coaches are the best... welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and seriously concerned about my fitness. If you've ever toyed with the idea of starting CrossFit ( a great cardio and strength building program for all levels) do it! And join the group at Kent CrossFit.
