I recently moved to Washington about 2 months ago and decided to checkout Kent Crossfit due to their great reviews and attractive website (which is also very easy to navigate). The membership fees are very reasonable and you get so much for what you pay for. The facility is clean and members always make sure to wipe down their equipment after use. The vibe is very positive and the instructors do a very good job with keeping an eye on all the members to ensure safety and give tips during the workouts. I want to emphasize that they are extremely beginner friendly. So if you're new to Crossfit, they will teach you the basics. It is impossible to feel left out here. They welcomed me with open arms and now I feel very much a part of the family. Remember, this is an INVESTMENT in yourself and your future. I would recommend Kent Crossfit to anybody who is ready to take their health and fitness to the next level!

I signed up over a month ago after following a friend of mine that has been going to KCF (Kent CrossFit) for a good amount of time. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made. From my initial contact with Coach Chinda (Owner/CEO) to meeting the rest of the team it has been incredible. Everyone is extremely welcoming. If you are worried CrossFit might not be for you, give KCF a chance. They will only push you as far as your body allows and really focus importance on listening to your body. No one wants an injury and they really try their best to scale/modify workouts and movements to fit each individual. There is not a one size fits all here, they will make sure you are comfortable with every piece of each workout. Other members are just as great, it has been fantastic that everyone is so encouraging and it really is a sense of community. There is no “hard” sales tactics and the feeling is that of wellness and improvement. Even if you have never been to any type of gym before that’s ok! You can get training sessions on all of the equipment which makes stepping into that first class a little easier. No judgement zone and a safe place to work on you with lots of support. Best “gym” experience I’ve had in the history of ever!

Community is everything especially when trying something new, like a gym. The coaches at Kent CrossFit, and even members have helped encourage me to break through my barriers and have also helped me realize I can do tough things! It's a 10/10 for me!

The best gym and community of people I’ve ever met. Chinda is an amazing trainer and business owner, and goes out of her way to make every member feel comfortable. The gym is fun, motivating, and every day is a great workout guaranteed to make you sweat!

I absolutely loved this place! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and helps encourage you! Its honestly just the best place. I learned so much from all the coaches too! If I wad in the area I would be back in a heartbeat!

Love this community! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and extremely motivating. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and really pay attention to proper form. They help to create modifications for cases of preexisting injuries/health conditions and help to instill and nurture a confidence within that you may have not known was there or have long forgotten about. I’ve really come to love the workouts at Kent CrossFit.
